Visit us
Book a personalised campus visit - an essential first step in your child's admissions process. Led by our Admissions Team and Senior Leadership Team (SLT), our tours are the perfect opportunity to experience life at our school first-hand and ask any questions you may have.
Assessment
Our assessments are free of charge. You will need to submit a copy from the child's EID / passport and previous school / nursery report.
For EYFS and Key Stage One, the Phase Leader will carry out the assessment and provide feedback. For Key Stage Two and Secondary, the applicant has to pass a CAT4 test, followed by an admissions meeting with the Phase Leader. For overseas families , Admissions team can facilitate online assessments to reserve their seats. If needed, the Head of Inclusion might be involved in the assessment process to assess additional needs.
Offering a place
Upon successful completion of the assessment, an offer letter will be sent to parents detailing the next steps in the process. Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to the recommendations of the Head of School and the approval of the Principal. Your child's year group will be determined based on the KHDA guidelines and our academic assessment for your child. Parents will have 5 working days to accept the offer letter.
Enrolment
An Offer letter is accepted and a child is enroled once the family pays the registration deposit 1000 AED and the application fee 500 AED. As per KHDA rules, this amount is not refundable, and is adjustable against term one fees, unless the family leaves Dubai or UAE.
Registration
Once a child is enroled, the school registrar will follow up with the family to fill out he full registration form, collect all required documents and complete the KHDA registration. All documents must be in English or have a certified translation.
