• The Early Bird Discount is applied to the tuition fees being charged by the school for the academic year 2026-2027. 
• Families who participate in the Early Bird Discount prior to any annual tuition fee increase being formally announced will benefit from a fee freeze, allowing them to avail the 2025-2026 tuition fees. 
• Should you decide to withdraw your child before the end of the academic year 2026-2027, the Early Bird discount will no longer be applicable, and the school reserves the right to charge the pro-rated approved tuition fees for the time the student attends the school. 
• If you have an outstanding balance on your tuition fees for the current academic year, any re-enrolment fees paid may be applied to the outstanding amount first. Your child's seat reservation can only be confirmed once the tuition fee balance for the 2025-2026 academic year has been settled in full.
• Corporate discounts will be reviewed annually and may be adjusted based on the contract agreement between the company and Star International School, Al Twar.
• This offer can be combined with corporate and sibling discounts, where applicable.
• Discount is not applicable to transport or any other fees.
• The school reserves the right to withdraw this Early Bird discount at any time.

Fees vary quite a bit by grade. For 2026-27, Foundation Stage runs from around AED 22,027 to 25,915 after discount. Primary goes from about AED 25,915 in Year 1 up to AED 33,687 by Year 6. Secondary ranges from roughly AED 36,090 in Year 7 to AED 47,200 in Year 11, and Post 16 runs similarly through Year 13.

Yes, fees split into three instalments across the year. Term 1 payment falls due around August 1st, Term 2 around December 1st, and Term 3 around March 1st. The split usually works out to roughly 40% in the first term and 30% each for the remaining two, though it's worth checking exact percentages for your child's grade.

The assessment itself is free, so there's no charge just to sit the entrance test. But once a family accepts an offer, there's a registration deposit of AED 1,000 and an application fee of AED 500 to lock in the seat. Both amounts get adjusted against Term 1 fees later, so it's not really extra on top.

No, exam fees are charged separately from tuition. Additional charges may include:

• GCSE, A-Level and BTEC exam and course fees
• Standardised assessments, including CAT4, NGRT, GL and ABT/IBT
