Four students from the Sixth Form at Star International School Al Twar have achieved exceptional success at the World Scholar's Cup, earning qualification for the prestigious Global Round and bringing home an impressive collection of individual and team awards.Competing against students from around the world, the team demonstrated outstanding academic ability, resilience, and collaboration, showcasing the qualities that define a Star learner. Their success is particularly remarkable given they had just four days to prepare for the competition.Success at the World Scholar's CupThe World Scholar's Cup is an internationally recognised academic programme that challenges students through debate, collaborative writing, critical thinking, and interdisciplinary learning. With participants from more than 60 countries, qualification for the Global Round is a significant achievement and a testament to students' dedication and intellectual curiosity.Representing Star International, Al Twar, the four students earned three Gold awards and eleven Silver awards, while also securing a Top 9 Individual Writing placement among more than 700 participants.
